Employee Self Service System

In an effort to deliver faster, more convenient service to our employees, Volt is pleased to announce the Employee Self Service (ESS) system, which is now available to all Volt field employees!

ESS allows all employees confidential, secure access to personal data and payroll advices (Direct Deposit and Payroll Debit Card participants only) online, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week!

Here’s how you can sign up today:

Step 1: Go to https://ess.volt.com

Step 2: Log on

User ID = Employee ID (six-digit PeopleSoft Employee ID found on the paycheck stub)
Password = First 2 letters of your last name (capitalized) + SSN + $ (Example: SM123456789$)

Step 3: Complete the required fields on the ePay Authorization screen and then click the ‘Save’ button.

You should be able to view your payroll advice after approximately 24 hours.
