Network Access
Network access is usually set up by your first day on assignment. Outlook Web Access (OWA) is now available to all active Volt employees working on assignment at Microsoft.
Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a secure alternative to Remote Access Service (RAS) if used correctly on a secure system. OWA does not require approval and therefore is enabled for all accounts.
After using Internet kiosks that are accessible to the public, change your password as soon as possible. This includes those machines located in Microsoft lobbies. Public systems can contain malicious programs that may steal your information.
When using a system that others have access to, completely close the browser after logging out of OWA.
You are also responsible for following the rules listed in the Account & Password policy which includes never caching your password.
You may access your account via the Internet at https://mail.microsoft.com and enter the appropriate information. If you cannot access your account, please contact the Help Desk directly.
