Employee Relations Team

Angela Crenshaw
MS Alias: v-ancren   -   Volt Alias: ACrenshaw
Angela graduated with a bachelors degree and a master degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She joined the Employee Relations Team in March 2008. Angela is originally from Arkansas (Go Razorbacks!), and so far enjoys living in Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys sports (mainly basketball), shopping, listening to music, traveling and reading.

Bjorn Kindahl
MS Alias: v-bjkind   -   Volt Alias: bkindahl
Bjorn graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Swedish. He started with the Employee Relations team in January 2008. Prior to working for Volt he spent five years working at the King County Superior Court, first with Court Administration and then their Finance Department. If you see him working in one of your buildings or cafes – feel free to say hi.

Dani Lee
MS Alias: v-danil   -   Volt Alias: DLee
Dani graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She joined Volt as an Employee Relations Rep in March of 2008. Before joining the Volt family she worked on a cruise ship entertaining guests and then became the CEO of a custom cabinet company. Born and raised in Washington, Dani loves the outdoors. She enjoys traveling, playing golf, softball, darts and going camping (real camping, not hotel camping).

Deb Kerth
Volt Alias: DKerth

Debra has been with Volt for over two years. She started as a ERR in March 2006 working with a- employees and just finished an assignment as ER Program Manager at VMC , working with Volt v-contingent staff. Debra moved to Washington after 25 years in Public Safety and Emergency Services in Monterey County, CA. She has a degree in Police Science, Paralegal and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. She attended Univ. of Santa Cruz (go Banana Slugs!), Monterey Peninsula College, and BCC. She has been a reserve police officer, Emergency Medical Technician and spent 20 years as a 911 dispatcher/supervisor. Debra lives in Woodinville and enjoys gardening, horseback riding, animals, motor sports, camping, hiking, reading and hanging out with her very supportive friends and family.

Elizabeth Hood
MS Alias: v-elhood   -   Volt Alias: EHood
Elizabeth was born in Pennsylvania and moved around during her childhood as she was an army brat. She finally settled down in Washington where she has lived for the past 12 years. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2003 and worked in restaurants until now. Previous to joining Volt she worked as a manager for Anthony’s on Pier 66. She has been married for almost 5 years and has a son that was born at the end of December 2007. In her spare time she loves to hike, bike, and eat outrageous amounts of chocolate.

Julie Myers
MS Alias: v-jumyer   -   Volt Alias: jmyers
Julie joined the ER team back in January 2007, and is currently the rep for the Home & Entertainment/X-Box Division. She is originally from Gig Harbor and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Humanities. Julie currently lives in Tacoma with her husband. When not working or commuting, she enjoys working on her house, spending time with her zoo of animals, horseback riding, traveling, and adventuring outdoors.

Kathryn Wilbrecht
MS Alias: v-kwilb   -   Volt Alias: kwilbrecht
Kathryn has been with Volt since 2005. She started her Volt career in the Operations Department doing orientations, running backgrounds and doing reference checks. Next, she worked in quality control – making sure everything was ready for a new employee to start working at Microsoft. She is now on-site at Microsoft as an ER Rep. She graduated from Washington State University in 2000 and is a very proud Cougar fan. When her schedule allows, she buys season tickets and makes the trip to the Palouse every other weekend. When she’s not cheering on her Cougs, she’s hanging out with friends and watching reality TV or reading. She was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and has lived in Washington all of her life.

McKell Costa
MS Alias: v-mccost   -   Volt Alias: mcosta
McKell is a graduate of Utah State University. She worked in customer service for four years while going to school. She has since been a housing specialist for a nonprofit organization and a housing and financial counselor. She then became a project manager for a large printing company until her husband graduated and they relocated to Washington. She loves hanging out with friends and family, listening to music, going on adventures and doing anything outdoors and in the sun! She loves being an ER because of the variety of people she gets to meet and interact with on a daily basis.

Winnie Stephenson
MS Alias: v-wistep   -   Volt Alias: wstephenson
Winnie joined Volt in August of 2005. She is a University of Washington graduate with a degree in Zoology. How she came to work in the tech industry is a mystery! Her interests include hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
