Longevity Bonus

After working for 1500 hours, you are eligible for a longevity bonus. The amount of your bonus is the equivalent of one week of pay. When you believe you have reached 1500 hours, please email payroll to determine eligibility and request your bonus to be paid out.

If you are off assignment for less than 120 days, your longevity accumulation will continue, but it will be reset to 0 hours if you are off assignment for more than 120 days.

You may request this pay even if you don’t take time off from work.

If you do take time off of work, be sure to have your MS manager approve it in advance.
