Telephone and Voice Mail

Telephones will be issued by Microsoft and should be used for business purposes only. Microsoft will pay for long distance charges if the call is for business purposes. If you use your home phone for business related long distance calls, keep phone bills to document the use.

You will be issued voice mail if your manager feels it is necessary. All messages should be deleted when your assignment ends.

Voice mail greetings should be recorded as follows:     ”You’ve reached John Doe with Volt at Microsoft…”
