Debra Kerth
The Employee Relations Team is excited to announce that Debra Kerth will be returning to the Microsoft ER Team. Debra originally started with Volt as an ER Rep on the Microsoft Campus in March 2006, and most recently worked for VMC as an ER Program Manager handling v- contingent staff.
For those unfamiliar with Debra, she moved to Washington after 25 years in Public Safety and Emergency Services in Monterey County, CA, where she had lived in and around since 1977 (Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach). She attended the University of Santa Cruz (go Banana Slugs!) and Monterey Peninsula College, and BCC. Through her many studies, Debra has obtained degrees in Police Science, Paralegal and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. In addition, she has worked as a Reserve Police Officer, Emergency Medical Technician and spent 20 years as a 911 Dispatcher/Supervisor.
She now lives in Woodinville and enjoys gardening, horseback riding, animals, watching motor sports, camping, hiking, reading and hanging out with her very supportive friends and family.
Debra is eager to return to being centralized on the MS Campus, and building relationships with her employees and seeing them flourish and grow in their assignments. If she could give contractors any advice, it would be, “Believe in yourself! You can do or learn to do almost anything! Have fun, work hard, learn and look for the things that make you happy.”
