What is your History with Volt?
I started last October and this is my first assignment with Volt. It has been a positive experience so far especially with my employee relations representative being so friendly and helpful.

Which Group are you currently working in and what are you doing?
I work as a SAS programmer in the Customer Experience Measurement group. My primary task is to run statistical models on their survey data in an effort to identify the top “drivers” of customer satisfaction.

What do you like most about your job?
I appreciate the flexible nature of the work culture in this group. Having two little daughters at home, this is my top priority and I’m happy to have found a manager that accommodates this need.

What advice would you give to an employee starting their first assignment at MS?
Have an open mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

What advice would you give to someone who is interested in breaking into your field?
Same as above, have an open mind and ask questions. As well, the two skills that are worth honing are to pay attention to detail and test your results.

When you are not at work, what do you spend your time doing?
Ramji and I try to take our daughters to places where they can have fun.

Any other Fun Facts about yourself that you would like to share (example – any hidden talents?)
I used to learn Indian classical music when I was younger.
