Failing Forward by John Maxwell
Reviewed by Steve H. Newbury

I’d recommend this book to anyone because life inherently tends to teach us that failing is bad, when in fact failing, as John Maxwell states it as well, is a catalyst for learning, and is the primary ingredient in creating success. Failure is only failure when one doesn’t learn from their mistakes. I find many of John Maxwell’s books inspiring, and this one is no different. Many people are afraid of making mistakes at work, resulting in a failure to move forward. If you look at those people that are the most successful in life, they have often failed the most, and learned from these failures.

FT Positions at MS

Applying For Full Time Positions

Microsoft is an exciting place to work and you may become interested in permanent positions. Inquiries regarding permanent positions and/or resume submission may only be done via: http://www.microsoft.com/careers or the job opportunities kiosk on campus. Contingent employees on assignment must NOT contact managers directly or use their email accounts to make inquiries or receive information regarding employment. If a Microsoft manager asks you to apply for FT positions, you may do so.
